Kulay-Diwa Gallery

While searching for a place good enough to have a nice relaxing time in, we decided to choose something nearby that wouldn’t cost as much since being an employed person gives you so much free time and a lot of allowance after bills. -_-

We found a nice little cozy gallery online called Kulay-Diwa Gallery and decided to go for it because, wait for it, it’s FREE.

Here are some photos from the gallery and how our little trip was spent:

Baking Chocolate Cake with Nutella Frosting Using a Pressure Cooker

Baking cake with a pressure cooker is quite fun. Just the shorter waiting period and no worries of unevenly cooked cake, is taking all the stress out of baking.

For the mean time, I used my phone to take this video since it’s a bit difficult to make space in my house for a nice video setting. Cue the avalanche of things everywhere.

I tested the app “wevideo” to amateur edit this. Will talk about those video editing apps later on. For now, here’s the making of the cake video:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Baking Lemon Cake with a Pressure Cooker

Over the last weekend, I’ve experimented on baking. So far, so good. Beginner baking can be pretty easy with just two things, a mixer and a pressure cooker. Ovens still scare me a little. (Unevenly cooked mush -_-) Pressure cookers are great even if you don’t see what’s going on inside, it comes out perfectly baked.

Got good feedback on this cake, so I figured I would share the recipe.

1 to 2 Tablespoons squeezed lemon juice (Depends on how zesty you want it to be. I prefer in between)
1/2 Cup of milk
1/4 Cup vegetable oil (To moisten cake. Cake is already moist with the above ingredients. I prefer it a bit more moist)
